Your profile.
Your private details.
Public directory information
Business names, commercial workplace addresses, published services, business phone numbers, opening hours, websites and source links are public. Approved managers can update designated profile fields. We identify managed profiles without publishing the account holder’s email or private claim details.
Account and claim information
Professional accounts store your name, email and a one-way password hash. Claim requests store your stated relationship, business contact number, evidence link, explanation and review outcome. These requests can be read by the requester and directory owner. Account creation does not email-verify your address; business authority is checked separately before a claim is approved.
Do not submit identity documents, payment information or private personal records. Use public business evidence. Previous profile versions and review actions are retained so the directory owner can investigate incorrect changes or ownership disputes.
Sessions and recovery
A secure, HttpOnly session cookie keeps you signed in. Sessions expire after inactivity. Password recovery uses the private code displayed when an account is created or its password changes. We do not send password-reset or claim-notification emails. Keep your code safe and check your dashboard for decisions.
Hosting and external services
The host may keep standard access and error logs, including IP addresses and requested pages. Account endpoints use short-lived rate-limit records to reduce abuse. There are no advertising or analytics scripts. Embedded street maps load from OpenStreetMap or Google Maps, which receives the browser connection needed to display the map. Business and directions links navigate to those providers and their policies apply.
Corrections and account removal
Use your approved profile editor to correct public business details. Address changes are reviewed through your dashboard. Account deletion and ownership transfers are handled by the directory owner; there is no automated deletion or transfer flow in this edition. Claim records remain available for review until the directory owner removes them.
